This can be fun - we don’t have to sit in temple for 10 days to find ourselves.

For a long time, women have been living against our natural rhythms, our natural cycles of life and trying to fit into a box that doesn’t fit.

Most of us grow up trying to fit into a box, spending so much of our lives being who we THINK  we should be without stepping into the power of who we REALLY are.  Afraid to be seen or to take up too much space.

And when we aren’t grounded in our true self, the natural changes and transitions of life can be a bigger challenge to navigate.

This isn’t about fixing or performing. It’s about remembering.  Remembering that you are enough, just as you are!
