About Me

My name is Luisa, I am a mama of 2 (soon to be 3).   My aim is to help women reconnect with themselves, tune into their bodies and live with more joy and freedom.  I love using movement as medicine, making fancy wellness practices simple and use nature as a tool to take the stress out of life.

On paper I am a Personal Trainer, Women’s Holistic Wellness Coach and Reiki Practitioner, but it was my own messy journey which has guided me here.   I created The Wild Soul as a safe spaces for women to feel supported and seen, especially through motherhood.  To remember how amazing they truly are, just the way they are! And to bring fun and playfulness into this journey.

Over the last few years I have worked with so many amazing women, all beautifully different but going through similar challenges in life. The sense of not knowing who we really are or who we want to be.  The pressures of trying to fit in with the crowd and keeping up appearances. The pressure of over giving to everyone else and burning ourselves out in the process.

We have so many cycles we move through and transitions in our life but it can feel lonely and overwhelming rather than exciting if we don’t feel supported.

So many of us our dimming our light or trying to fit into a box which just isn’t our true self.  But we are so many different versions of ourselves… and thats okay.  It is more than okay, it is magical!

You can be a mother and still enjoy freedom, you can be into yoga and still love to rave, you can take no shit but still be kind and loving.  All the different pieces of ourselves make us unique.

We all have a wild soul, we are not here to play small or to fit into a box.  Wild isn’t about being reckless or crazy, wild is about being free.  And when we can learn to love and accept all parts of ourselves (warts and all) we can really start feeling free.

When we stop trying to be what the world expects and start honouring who we really are - that’s when the magic begins.
